To Explore Art Print
Sometimes courage looks like letting go of the boat.
To Explore is my latest original piece—a 9x12 acrylic and oil on canvas—featuring a zebra shark suspended between shadow and brilliance, light rippling across the deep like a mirror. Inspired by underwater photographer @eviewilderness, this one’s personal. It’s about stepping into the unknown, surrendering the safety net, and swimming headfirst into purpose.
The shark? That’s me. That’s you. Persistently floating between "maybe I'll stay where it's safe" and "screw it, let's full send and cause a little chaos." This painting is for the explorers. The deep-sea dreamers. The ones who feel the call to something greater, even if it scares the wetsuit off them. Personally, it's a challenge to let go of the safety of the boat, as it were, and fully immerse myself in what I've been given to do in life.
Art print of the original artwork “To Explore” by Ruth Scego. Prints are available on high-quality fine art paper or canvas. The fine art paper is archival quality with a 0.5” border and a semi-glossy/lustre finish that brings out the color values beautifully. The canvas is 0.75 inches at the frame, stretched, and pre-mounted with a hanging wire.
